Cycling for African Translators
TWB works with some truly dedicated and inspiring individuals. Last month, a wonderful team of cyclists from TextPartner, one of our sponsors,completed a 2,300 km ride through Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
Their dedicated efforts raised an incredible $10,000 for us. The money will be used to fund additional translators at our Translation Training Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
This is the third ride undertaken by TextPartner on behalf of TWB. We are so grateful that they believe in our work enough to give up their time (and their muscles), for the people of Africa!
